This place is pathetic. My payment cleared in 24 hours and they say they will ship the next day which is a lie. It's been a week now. I got a label and it's still sitting with them. The package Has had no movement for days. I cannot wait 7 to 10 days to get a package that's ridiculous. When I order from JM bullion?I get my order within 3 days from the time I order to my front door

Ordered from them through eBay for an upcoming birthday and am taking delivery of the package today from Fedex. Overall had a good experience with this shop, and would order from them again! Their shipping times may be longer, but they are listed publicly online for all to see, I would assume it's just because the volume of orders they must receive and take delivery of themselves. I even got a little anxious after a couple of days and no update, so I looked up their phone number and spoke to a customer support rep who reassured me the package already had a tracking number, and was heading out that day or the next day (this was the 3-4 business day mark). Like I said, overall great service from a company probably swamped with orders and inventory to keep track of. Will update the review accordingly if I have any issues but with 1.1 million items sold on eBay alone, and a 99.9% feedback on those orders, I can say I also trust BE with what little business I may have for them. Thanks to the awesome team!

Terrible after sales service and customer service. I placed an order more than 10 days ago. It showed no movement for the first 3-4 days. When I called they said I needed to be verified since this was my first order with them. Why did they wait for me to call to ask for this? I did the verification right away. Even after that the order did not ship. After a few days I got an email saying your order has shipped and a fed ex tracking number. That number has been showing ‘package not received’ for the past 4 days. Today I emailed them again and got a reply with another tracking number which turns out to be invalid. The money was taken from my account right away and they’ve been sitting on it. Last time I do business with them.

OMG! I have a good story about my excellent experience with Bullion Exchanges! , I ordered from them and long story short , I was told by the postmaster that I was scammed by these people and so since it was my first time dealing with them I called them up and made a fool out of myself when I talked to the most nicest customer service person in the business, anyways she made me feel a lot better and helped me with everything I needed and was the most gracious person I ever talked to even though I was being a complete moron. These people are awesome and I recommend doing business with them as I will continue to do so myself, I am so happy to leave this great review of them because of the way things happened, well , I also got a chance to leave a review of my dealings with the postmaster after he called me back about my inquiry about my package from Bullion Exchanges, anyways I gave them a piece of my mind about how the postmaster told me over the phone that I was being scammed and that I shouldn't expect to be getting my package and I was just beside myself, anyways, they did not get a good review. But I'm going to be doing a lot more business with Bullion Exchanges because I'm just now starting out collecting gold so that I will have a nice neat egg and something to leave my daughters. The lady that helped me so much at Bullion Exchanges when I spoke with her on the phone and looked into my issue and sent me reassuring emails,her name was Aysa, such a pretty name.
